Juve chasing Heinze?

Italian club Juventus are reportedly interested in taking Gabriel Heinze to the Stadio Delle Alpi. The Argentina international's Old Trafford future has been cast into doubt with Liverpool keen to take Heinze to Anfield in a controversial switch across the North-west.That move has been rebuffed by Reds boss Sir Alex Ferguson and United chief executive David Gill, who have both stated publicly that they do not want to sell Heinze to a Premier League rival. However, Gill was quoted in the press this week saying: "If there's interest from overseas and the valuation's right, I could see him moving."Juventus general manager Jean-Claude Blanc has said that the newly-promoted Turin club may move for the 29-year-old left-back."We'll have to see if something can happen with Heinze," he told the Daily Mail.Although his future remains unclear, as the situation currently stands Heinze is a United player and Sir Alex expects the defender back in training next Monday after three weeks' rest following his involvement in Copa America
